UHCW Charity was delighted to support and join in with the celebrations for the Neonatal Community Outreach Service (NCOS) team’s one year anniversary. The team were joined by parents and their babies who have benefitted from the new at home care support.
The NCOS team wanted to mark an incredible year of 100 babies discharged early to be reunited with their families and over 2000 at home visits from the nurses and nursery nurses.
Also, each baby received a graduation cap and gown to celebrate their one year milestone and a book as a keepsake of the event.
Thanks to your donations we able to support teams like NCOS demonstrate the incredible impact of their work for patients and their families. The stories shared at the event by the families about their babies’ journeys highlighted the need and appreciation for the service.
