The goal of the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge is simple – climb the mountains of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in a day. This is a 25mile/39.2Km circular route incorporating 5,200ft or 1585m of 'up', so it is not for the faint hearted. However, as you rest your weary feet in the pub afterwards, you can bask in the warm glow of acheivement and the knowledge that you've raised lots of lovely money for the UHCW Charity.

returning for it's 40th year, why not take part in one of the countries most beautiful 10Km runs, starting at Warwick Castle and finishing in the medieval grounds of Kenilworth Castle, after passing through the stunning Warwickshire countryside. Who doesn't like drinking tea and eating cake, especially when it's celebrating the Birthday of our beloved NHS and raising lots of lovely money for a good cause. Watch out for events in the local community, local schools and in the Hospital on the day.
NHS BigTea events will be running throughout July, so feel free to take part in more than one (if you need an excuse to eat cake on more than one occasion!)
