DESCRIPTION:Join us in the heart of Warwickshire for an afternoon of fun\, food and activities for all the family! \nThe annual Stoneleigh Village Duck race and Village Fete is back once again for 2024! Set to be yet another day of fun and laughter in the beautiful setting of Stoneleigh Village on the banks of the River Sowe in Warwickshire.\nCome along to meet our very own charity mascot Penguino\, in person\, and buy a ticket to the duck race!\nSee if you can spot our own Charity Penguin who will be racing amongst the Celebrity Ducks in one of the warm up races… Stalls will be selling food and drinks\, with face-painting\, tractor rides and fun activities for children of all ages.\nThe event begins at 2.00pm in the village meadow\, along the river by the church. The kids Charity Penguino Poohstick race and the Celebrity Duck race will start as a warm up to the main duck race\, for which the ducks will be under starters orders at 3.30pm. Make sure you are there early to get your tickets! \nDuck Race Tickets are £1.00 each and available from Stoneleigh Village Club in advance or from the event on the day.\nPrizes:1st duck £150\, 2nd £100\, 3rd £50 – plus other prizes to be won! \nCelebrity Ducks are available to purchase for £10.00\, the winning ticket holder wins the prize pot of ticket sales.
